"Cows, Cars, or both? A look at rural land development in Southwest Florida." Annual workshop on current market trends and strategies for real estate investment and development. Presented by REIS and Lutgert College of Business at FGCU.
The program will include a past, present and future account of rural land development, examining projects in Collier, Lee and Hendry Counties.
Panel discussions on Southwest Florida development and the impacts of rural land development will be moderated by Sean Ellis, Esq. and include local authorities from the development community and government agencies.
The REIS Real Estate Symposium is presented in partnership with Lutgert College of Business at FGCU and Florida Planning and Zoning Association (FPZA). AICP credits for planners are pending approval.
Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. with continental breakfast buffet and networking. The program begins at 8:30 a.m and adjourns at noon, with a mid-morning break.
