REIS ELECTS NEW OFFICERS

The Real Estate Investment Society (REIS) announced the election of officers and the Board of Governors to lead the organization during 2026:   President Kristine Smale of Christopher Alan Homes; Vice President Phil Fischler, CCIM of Fischler Property Company; Treasurer Zannon Garza of DeAngelis Diamond; and Jennifer Fisher, Esq. of J. Fisher Law.

The Board of Governors includes:  Brent Addison, PE of Atwell; Tiffany Allard, of Suncoast Credit Union; Alicia Dixon of Lee County Port Authority; JR Gibbs of UES; Jodi Huntoon of Stevens Construction; and Nelson Taylor of LSI Companies. The immediate past president, Josh Philpott, AICP of Stantec will also serve on the Board.

Special appointments to the board include Shelton Weeks, PhD of FGCU Lutgert College of Business as FGCU Liaison and Bev Larson, CCIM of ERA/Lahaina Realty as REIS Scholarship Chair.  Both will serve as voting members.
